As she rushes through the rain, Riley hears screeching brakes and suddenly everything goes dark as she is hit by a truck. She wakes in a land with a lemon-colored sun and a sky of pale lilac. Riley knows this isn’t Earth but how much worse things can get. The planet is Sacral, where the psychic inhabitants are determined to rid themselves of the non-psychic Mutes. The imposter on the throne is causing the magic to die. In order to save Sacral, Riley is determined to uncover and support the rightful king.
